What happened

Chandler, Arizona-based Titan ceased operations Jun 13, 2024 after a sale fell through, and filed Chapter 7 on Jun 20, 2024. It had installs across many states via a dealer network.

What it means for customers

Titan's workmanship warranty is effectively gone (pv magazine). EnergyAid says it acquired Titan's IP and customer data, including monitoring access, through bankruptcy court in 2025 and offers paid service. Manufacturer equipment warranties are separate.

Next steps: 1) Find your equipment brand and get monitoring back. 2) Check who bills you (lender or lease company) and keep records. 3) Find a repair company in your state. Full checklist: what to do.
