What happened

Publicly traded Sunworks and its Solcius subsidiary ceased operations and filed Chapter 7 on Feb 5, 2024.

What it means for customers

EnergyAid acquired the estates' customer/project data and monitoring sites in March 2025 and offers service to former customers (directly in CA and AZ per Solar Power World).

Next steps: 1) Find your equipment brand and get monitoring back. 2) Check who bills you (lender or lease company) and keep records. 3) Find a repair company in your state. Full checklist: what to do.
