What happened
Solar Mosaic filed Chapter 11 in June 2025. Its loan servicing moved to Solar Servicing LLC, a Forbright Bank subsidiary.
What it means for customers
Borrowers' payment terms, schedules and methods are unchanged per the transition announcement. Mosaic did not install systems, so service/repair goes to your installer or a local contractor.
