What happened

Utah-based Lumio filed Chapter 11 in September 2024. Zeo Energy bought selected assets (mainly uncompleted contracts) in November 2024.

What it means for customers

Per reporting, Zeo does not service Lumio systems completed before the bankruptcy. Completed-system workmanship warranties did not transfer; manufacturer warranties are separate.
