Former SunPower customers: SunStrong Connect app (formerly mySunPower); web portal retired. Enphase announced a monitoring and service path for SunPower customers with compatible Enphase-based microinverters (does not cover SunVault per reporting).

Warranty claims without the installer

Generac PWRcell: homeowners can call 1-888-GENERAC, but warranty claims are generally initiated by an authorized Generac dealer. SunVault: no clear manufacturer warranty successor has been confirmed.
